BulkResponse requires all Users to comply with the following legal requirements established for commercial email service providers: CAN SPAM Act of 2003, the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 8 June 2000, on legal aspects of information society services, in particular, electronic commerce in the Internal Market ('Directive on Electronic Commerce'), along with the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 July 2002, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector ('Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications') and laws in force of the User's country of residence.
Users must not modify the headers of any message in such a way that purposefully obfuscates the origin of the message.
Undeliverable addresses must be removed from all future mailings after no more than 5 bounces.
Users are responsible for the practices of any affiliate program members they solicit the help of, as if they were hiring an outside advertising agency.
Users using either outside advertising companies or 3rd party mailing programs must abide by the same policies and practices as those using BulkResponse's own bulk mailing list tools.
All mailings must provide clear and simple to follow instructions for opting-out of future mailings, and all reasonable attempts must be made to facilitate the removal of a mailing list subscriber at their request.
Every email you send using BulkResponse must include the following:
A single-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your list. Once they unsubscribe, you can never email them again.
The name and physical address of the sender. If you're sending an email for your client, you'll need to include your client's details instead.
Any campaign you send using BulkResponse service must not contain deceptive subject line. This means the subject line must be in consistance with the body matter.
You must use your Real Name or your real company name as a Sender Name for all email campaigns you send through BulkResponse platform. Using fake or falsified sender name is not permitted.
Respect Opt Outs
If a subscriber wants to stop receiving emails from you, you must respect his request and never send another message to such suscriber. Rather, we encourage you to put such subscribers on golbal supression list in order to never send them emails on any offers you send on any lists hosted on BulkResponse.

It is strictly prohibited for all customers, partners or affiliates to promote bulkresponse.com using unsolicited messages (aka SPAM). Any attempt to violate this policy can result in termination of your account at bulkresponse.com
